What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way. Under Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), such storage generally requires consent – unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested.
